The owner of the corporation is William T. Potter. Mr. Potter has worked in the area of real estate management since 1976. Within Potter McKinney, Inc., Mr. Potter uses his knowledge and extensive experience to monitor, survey and keep his finger on the pulse of the real estate community. Mr. Potter is an accomplished negotiator and works diligently to maintain the occupancy of our client’s properties for the highest return.

On March 15, 2004 Gizel Bermudez started with the company and has since then worked diligently with our clients, vendors, and tenants. Ms. Bermudez personally supervises all of the administrative and financial duties to ensure that all information reported to the clients is accurate and timely. Ms. Bermudez is available to discuss with your accounting professional or bookkeeper the content of your financial report for year-end income tax reporting or estate planning purposes. .
